Botchii is not an actual user, it may have been at one time however botchii is a message delivery system that sends you the notifications that your wallpapers or scans get deleted. Botchii is not capable of deleting anything, it is the moderators who delete the walls and scans and then botchii is made to deliver the message to you.

Please note that you are not allowed to submit wallpapers that you did not make. Doing so is considered ripping and is strictly prohibited under MT Policy. Please note that if you continue to submit wallpapers that are not your work, you will be banned from Minitokyo.
